  EN 71-1 2011里的7.1有这么一段话In the following clauses, the location of the warnings is therefore indicated (on the toy itself, on the packaging, in the instructions for use, on an accompanying leaflet). Warnings which determine the decision to purchase the toy shall appear on the consumer packaging or be otherwise clearly visible to the consumer before thepurchase.

, y6 l' g6 A+ U9 O   我的理解是对玩具购买起决定作用的警告语需要指出警告语的位置,象choking hazard,strangulation hazard都会对玩具的购买起决定作用,那是不是都要指出警告语的位置呢??

  7.1的最后一句话是 In the following sub-clauses a requirement, that a toy shall carry a warning shall mean that the warning shall appear on the toy itself.
    那following sub-clauses是不是也包括7.2呢??小部件警告语等都要出现在玩具上吗???

問題一：choking hazard,strangulation hazard都会对玩具的购买起决定作用！不管警告語是在on the toy itself, on the packaging, in the instructions for use, on an accompanying leaflet。必須保證
clearly visible to the consumer before the　purchase.
問題二：In the following sub-clauses a requirement, that a toy shall carry a warning shall mean that the warning shall appear on the toy itself.

. Z( u7 g7 y/ g( j9 o( C也就是說：如果條款中出現玩具必須需要一個警告語，那麼必須使用警告語在玩具自身上來表示。

这是否跟7.1最后一句话有冲突呢？因为7.2根本没有提到Small toys的概念，那是否就不存在由于尺寸而放不下该警告语的问题呢？
! k5 M: t. r& ~7 Z另外有一个字体大小的问题，在TSD指引内说到主机3mm，说明书其他的1.5mm。但是7.2的大小要求又在那里呢？7.4的不算。

我的意见如下：
7.1 是对各种在产品，包装，说明书等上面的警告语位置的要求，而对消费者决定是否要购买此产品有决定性作用的警告语（如小物体等）应出现在产品包装或产品本身上比较显著的位置，并且要清晰易读。

第一個問題：我覺得不沖突，最後一句話我的理解是：標准中有規定警告語在玩具(不包括包裝材料)上，則警告語必須貼在玩具產品上，
第二個問題：TSD這個要求無強制性，只是推薦性，
