求教：怎样确定温升测试时间？

看了寒烟翠以下链接的文章后，真是受益颇多。只是对试验稳定条件建立时所对应的时间没有明确的定义。

在IEC 60335﹣1通标中没有针对试验的稳定状态作出详细的解释
在一些特标中会规定出试验截至的状态
但大多数都仅仅是说工作到稳定状态
个人认为
) C2 Q) e  \4 |9 |) x稳定分两种，一种是达到一定限值后不再升高，另一种是动态的平衡（波动在一定范围内）
- k0 Q$ y1 c( ?) |/ a! L针对第一种情况严格来说是要温升在一定时间内不超过一定值，比如一小时一度，但在实际操作起来非常困难，那么采用十分钟内上升不超过一度或两度，最后取值比实测温升高五度。
针对第二种情况要采取多周期测量，反复重复几次，会有一个周期是最高峰，取值就取最高峰的峰值
要是纯从标准来说我认为IEC体系与UL体系不能完全适用，标准不能针对所有器具进行规定
