A capacitor connected between two line conductors in a PRIMARY CIRCUIT, or between one line

with its rating. This requirement also applies to a capacitor bridging DOUBLE INSULATION or0 u$ n3 z% R A4 Q+ z
REINFORCED INSULATION elsewhere in the equipment. The details of the damp heat, steady* ?6 U8 ]* v) n9 M( w
state test as specified in 4.12 of IEC 60384-14 shall be as follows:

− Humidity: 93 % ± 3 % relative humidity;
& F. T9 h+ Z( R: ]; Y% Z− Test duration: 21 days.
& |1 O" T; ~% jNOTE 1 Capacitors that have been subjected to a test duration longer than 21 days are considered to have met
) I8 V# y Q: Xthe test duration criteria.

VOLTAGE SECONDARY CIRCUIT and protective earth, where only BASIC INSULATION is required., N2 j; O$ Z2 s p% _% W
NOTE 2 The test of 5.2.2 still applies between the HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE SECONDARY CIRCUIT and protective earth.: o w+ c7 C6 s1 w; r: e( |# m
The appropriate capacitor subclass shall be selected from those listed in Table 1C, according
