关于电气绝缘强度测试

1.- Electrical Insulation Test
500 V DC will be applied for 1 minute between any pole and accessible
metal part1. Insulation value will be up to 2 MΩ
2.- Dielectric Strength
3000 V AC will be applied between any pole and accessible metal part, for
1 minute. No flashover or breakdown shall occur during the test.
3.- Leakage Current
1,06 times rated voltage ( 1,06 x 230 V = 244 V ) will be applied between
any pole and metal part for 5 s.
Leakage current will be lower than 0,75 mA.

我英文不好，请翻译一下
第一请问是不是电气绝缘强度，是做什么测试的？有专门的仪器测试吗？
第二的意思是不是指打高压？
第三是泄露电流，这个没问题。。

现在就是第一个电气绝缘强度是什么测试，是不是包含在打高压里面？

1. 测试绝缘强度的, 是有专门仪器的, 我们通常要求是10MΩ, 一般都能过.你的是从哪份标准中拷出来的, 60335里面是没有这个要求的.日本的小家电标准是不要求打高压,只测试绝缘强度的.
2. 就是打高压了.
绝缘强度和打高压是两回事来的.

The first one is for insulation resistance test, and the second one is high voltage test, normally, these two tests can be finished on one test equipment, anyway there is also special use test equipment for the insulation resistance test...

could you show us how to perform the insulation resistance test on the Dielectric Strength Tester?

yah,i confirm the second test can do it only one equiement inculding the third test.

Leakage current test should be performed on special tester, not on Dielectric Strength Tester.

1, 有些测试设备是多种功能都具有的,所以可以用一台测试.
2. 有些功能是单独的,就只能各测各的.

楼主你说的测试1,2,3分别是绝缘电阻,耐压和泄露电流测试.
