根据Weekly overview report of RAPEX notifications -week 25 – 2010显示，瑞典当局近日下令禁售和从市场召回产自中国和未明国籍的“Eco Light Nordic”和“Sunseon”品牌多个型号的LED灯管。% }! x% {1 q! [! b: e2 @

( _8 t* L* I- z 该灯管是打算用于替换原普通灯具中的传统荧光灯管。
5 E/ F0 H/ p; R! ?通报中列举了各种灯管的危险隐患，包括：
" Y# k& ]( j1 v: e! M% a——安装时，灯管的自由端接头可能带电；2 b3 D$ N0 I! ~. Y
——电气间隙、爬电距离不够；
, X% q9 M) [' O$ s- w, H——绝缘电阻不够；
1 a2 b$ A- X7 N" i4 _——内部仅用基本绝缘保护的导体和灯体的金属部件接触；
" w6 `% G" x0 H, i——导体的硅绝缘机械强度低，容易被损坏。

, I) X& D. x$ L产品不符合低压电器指令和相关欧洲标准EN60598和EN60699。

- the clearance and the creepage distances are not sufficient;( U& P; q. K9 J {
- the insulation resistance is not sufficient;0 |. \9 H+ y& o! k
- internal basic insulated conductors are in contact with the metal body of the lamp;
) D; P+ m2 Z+ A5 X* P$ j- the mechanical strength of the silicone insulation of the conductors is weak and can be easily damaged.! v3 f' h1 S6 d- ?3 U! V6 Y
6 o- q: ?( S# ~. P" t4 m$ ?! ^
The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 60699.' G' S6 I1 T) X7 [6 ~- _2 |7 ]
