If your product has electronic circuit inside, you have better take care of the surge and ESD test of EN55014-2.

If your product gets the speed control feature (such as TRIAC), the EN61000-3-2 should pay attention because the harmonics of the input current is easily FAIL for the high power Vacuum Cleaner. |
