Responsibilities:( c1 V1 A* H, c; G, s/ j
1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.
/ d+ {" h4 b3 u; W2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.+ H! r+ }* K/ v' R# k7 l
3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans: D' p. F1 g. T# R# ]% |
4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.
* ~6 r( N: a6 i3 p4 h5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.
1 @5 `% O8 [4 n! ?! @! x6、Cooperate with the R. & D. dept. to develop new product. Improve technologies and working process. Improve quality.
( ?+ }2 c- E; J) `$ A7、 Help the manager doing management works and improve the management system.

Undergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors. j* O4 \6 {2 l$ M* k) h- Z( M+ P* s
Training experience: 4 R1 t9 k- }2 C( l& e
Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.

3-5 years on relevant positions0 t( _. }+ g6 b, ^

Familiar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.2 ]8 i; B/ Z9 u9 M% Y
