60065故障条件下是2S后120V，60950是怎么要求的呢？在哪个条款说的？

在2.1.7里有說明，在1S以後不超輸入電壓的百分之三十七

楼上的好象搞错了，LZ不是在问放电测试
60065里面端子故障开路电压限制值为70Vac or 120Vdc，但是并没有规定2s,不知道LZ提到的2s是怎么来的．另外60950里面限制电压为42.4Vpeak or 60Vdc

个人理解,60065的电源端2S后的值不超过9.1.1.1中的限值而60950的2.1.7中提到是1S后电压不高于37%*输入电压的峰值即可.

其实这个数值就是用示波器去抓电压的PEAK值，是多少就是多少了

根据60950标准2.2.3 Voltages under fault conditions：
Except as permitted in 2.3.2.1 b), in the event of a single fault (see 1.4.14), the voltages between
any two conductors of the SELV CIRCUIT or CIRCUITS and between any one such conductor and earth

就是说60950故障条件下0-200ms之内可是71V peak 或者120V dc。

我认为2楼的意思是对的。LZ的疑问不是针对放电测试，而是针对开路电压了，但是2S的规定是在Clause 9.2里面的Removal of protective cover里面的吧，说的是在拿掉用手可以去掉的保护罩后，可接触部分应该在2S后测量他的开路电压和/或漏电流。
