个人认为没什么问题，只不过需要将适配器和设备作为一个整体考量，而且将设备做成II类的成本比III类要高

没有问题。
①适配器+加湿器 整合再一起就是一个II类器具；
②加湿器部分虽然24V工作（III类部件），但是必须要随器具提供一个适配器，因此整体还是II类器具。

个人认为标回字符号很可能的原因是。
1.这个加湿器除了电源适配器供电外还有其它的供电方式。
2.这个加湿器在内部又升压电路，将24V电压转换为危险电压才需要打回字符号，这些内容需要楼主仔细去找工程师去确认。

上面两段内容是是60335-1 ed6.1 CL3.3.1和ed6.2 CL6.1中的语句。虽然在ed6.2中删除了3.3.13的note2，但是6.1中增加了类似说明，在正式器具分类中将其归类为I类或II类器具。
标准上很明确的说明了如果器具有一个 a detachable power supply供电，那么器具整体式属于II类器具或I类器具，主体部分认为是III类结构。
