22.104 Portable appliances for boiling water that have a rated capacity exceeding 3L, and
which are liable to overturn, shall be constructed so that the rate of discharge is limited.

The appliance is filled with water to its rated capacity and the lid closed in accordance with
the instructions. It is placed on a horizontal plane in any position of normal use but
orientated to produce the most unfavourable result.

The plane is slowly inclined to an angle of 25°. If the appliance overturns, it is left in this
position for 10 s and then returned to its normal position. The quantity of water remaining is
measured.

这个测试遇到了几个疑问：
①前期认为15°角满足后就不进行测试了，认为它一般不会翻到。现在有提出所只要属于 Portable appliances 那么都是有翻到的可能？
②在进行25°测试时，被测样品应该放置在测试台面什么位置？由于25°角，较高的产品基本都是有倾倒的，那么测试台面的大小，放置位置就有很大影响。放置位置较低时，盖子一般不会打开，而如果台面很大，放置位置较高时，盖子就会因较大震动而打开。对测试结果影响很大。③25°脚是，很多临界的产品会滑动，在台面上使用了好多种材料，都是会滑动。。。。问问大家有说明好办法（木材、橡胶、纸等等都试了，还是滑，心好累~~）。

可以人为阻止滑动

翻到后防止器具侧滑。

那种台式饮水机，后面水箱有6L，用来盛自来水，然后抽到加热腔去加热，这种结构做22.104时，是不是不用考虑6L水箱的翻到？？

测试样品要加上盖子，测试角上垫一块纱布可以防止滑动，提前把测试角调好25度，然后缓慢的倾斜，中途可以用手固定下底部防止倾倒，到达25度秒表计时10秒后立刻恢复平稳。
