比如,变压器的工作环境温度为105°C,那么这个Overheating Test就应该在105°C环境下进行吗?
8 f* q+ B! }6 \$ u/ k( h) q, H 在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;
* \. T2 K9 H% |6 t8 x5 e+ c 现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵),
4 C- n0 b4 W7 }# g" ?# A6 k 而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),9 K: N( y% d8 b3 C6 B
