亮度低于10^4cd/m^2不需要根据62471危险分类。这个亮度怎么去理解，距离光源远近不同，亮度肯定不同，它只是笼统的说亮度低于10^4cd/m^2，没有任何前提条件，到底是距离光源1米范围内，还是距离光源0.5米范围内，还是其他范围内，没作任何说明。对了，灯具有个照射距离标，会不会一般按照0.5m来定呢？照射距离标也有标0.1的，或许根据不同的标法有不同的规定，比如标0.3m,那么此条CTL决议就理解为0.3m处亮度小于10^4cd/m^2不用考虑62471.0 v" U/ p7 G( V- M" P
