IEC 61215:2005 Ed.2, Clause10.15.2.a) requires certain surface tension of the water" q6 Y$ {! K# a0 V- `: I
for the wet leakage current test, however, the newer standard IEC 61646:2008 Ed.2
- E; e0 ]/ v9 N: {Clause 10.15.2.a) does not. The water surface tension measurement was required
) f' _& s- d% A9 X1 jalso in the IEC 61646 Ed.1, but this requirement was deleted in the second edition.
/ r! X, s! l3 r$ ]" lThe WG2 of TC82 has made the same decision for the upcoming IEC 61215 Ed.3
