Main responsibility' m, G" V, I! X
* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education" I; w# g) a) ]! `, Z' w0 Y
* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance- f& ~: Y2 \8 O5 c
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods$ y2 E$ J6 z1 z3 C6 V
* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards+ R' [: _' ~* y$ V
* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
( ^0 |9 z! l- R; F* Secure the test lead times/ b7 g, ?. `" e7 V
* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment% ]; @/ x+ B6 g5 C0 ^+ D) }5 n
* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.8 b0 P) |5 w8 H
* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.
! d( a7 Q5 p" Y; a- s* n* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements.8 o5 l0 T$ }1 E' H: C, r
* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
* Q( C! p3 P5 I0 \* V* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.
) R4 a$ }. ~$ y! J8 O- v$ E* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
5 M5 b& v4 Y6 K; T5 L* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions. \, x+ O" L9 x4 o2 {
* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment9 Z% ~9 V. { z; @
* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
8 d+ X4 m! _: b/ J# C* n* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs

Main Requirement
( g9 {* O) b# K6 c9 e* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering8 O+ q, |, Z: L: B8 D2 ]4 |. z/ g
* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry4 W6 b# H V7 `8 \$ O- C* c. s
* Good command of written and oral English" @5 F u- Y: N$ y5 E
* Good communication skill1 G4 [9 p0 ~+ j$ H& z9 W
