标准1.6.2 input current 那一章里只说要测额定电压下的输入电流，并没有说测试时要测额定电压的-10%，+6%，或者是+-10%，为什么大家都这样测呢？

If the equipment is intended for direct connection to an AC MAINS SUPPLY, the tolerances on

taken as this wider value.
If the equipment is intended only for connection to an a.c. mains equivalent source, such as a

than a MAINS SUPPLY, the tolerances on RATED VOLTAGE shall be declared by the manufacturer.

在确定给受试设备（EUT）供电的电源最不利的电源电压时，应当考虑下列各种因素：
