- t0 r" a$ r# m5 A D% e* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education" T# ` l$ c& `+ F
* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance
4 i% M2 y# U$ w( W% _3 g# t* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods6 ?0 r u: v* @/ X- D) O* b
* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards; x: r' R! H( f2 p3 v5 ^' p; J
* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
* @$ X. F \2 T% t* Secure the test lead times
5 W5 F5 W. F( Y- U* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment: l; C% y- w' }2 |- o, y1 ?! j2 S
* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.( W, O& A% A& v0 {9 }7 V J
* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.
9 O: @: {$ {8 [1 C, x* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements.
! C2 L, g' E+ K* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.

* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations. f; y5 |. T5 F" ^$ D$ s+ n1 s
* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions
) D7 H$ A/ p! |9 r- i0 C* l& @* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment
% u" P1 i) y; ?% F, k. q" [: |* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
! Q. f9 Y0 Y7 H3 z$ x2 @* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs$ K& n) z1 H! a+ V# c

* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering) S; B9 c T2 l
* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry( F! z& y* l6 g# w5 j3 p
* Good command of written and oral English
