在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;
4 e0 Y; M# n& _0 G% r 现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵)," C9 n* N0 R0 q7 x! j" Y4 V3 K
而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),
