确定还是要接地的！具体条款如下：
36.1.1 A portable luminaire with any accessible non-current carrying conductive parts and operating with
+ }2 b& n9 e0 Svoltage to ground in excess of 150 volts, under any condition of service including open circuit, shall have
a grounding type attachment plug.
Exception No. 1: A portable luminaire provided with double insulation between uninsulated parts operating
above 150 V to ground and any accessible non-current carrying conductive parts need not comply with
36.1.1.

( m; k2 w: Z. T% D9 h! _$ Ouse in portable lamps” is not required to comply with 36.1.1.

UL153标准第36章讲了接地内容，但没有说什么情况下需要接地，只是说“如果一个可移式照明设备使用了三芯线和插头组装的情况下，则所有不打算进行电气连接的导电部件和可以接近人体的具有在无意间可能激活的导电金属需要接地。”有谁能告诉我UL153标准哪里说到什么情况下需要接地吗？很想了解。
