Main responsibility: P" D7 @$ M; J6 s
* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education
1 s' m$ [) Q0 U8 }7 L* V( U* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance% e/ R, b5 K/ n# l' s
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
6 d. U# F* }1 u! ^1 Y$ M8 f/ h* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards
0 H5 b* R6 Z; Z% _! A" F$ u: s* e* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process9 y6 \ Q+ `, @+ g$ w! s) K7 k
* Secure the test lead times7 t: ]$ }! _" C) {7 r" Y7 M
* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment! l# P0 M& Z7 Q
* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
0 ]( n* K0 O/ ]5 D+ V, V) _* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.
8 G {; o+ X: m* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements.
3 V) ~, g$ n6 e+ c' _; x- N& i3 a* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
; E6 s) G: h! [* J5 `- t1 W* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.3 I6 T. Q d% c( r
* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations( h' d0 x% H' n! g# j# ^9 ^
* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions
) Y, j1 B% ^8 y6 t+ n# a* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment# H4 @4 t# Y, E$ ~* L, \6 M; b
* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
( j& ~; j4 H- |6 e, W* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs

Main Requirement
# d) C# O+ [0 Z* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering
$ j" S3 W1 H! _5 Y ~# b* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry1 {4 o' _( y2 r2 b5 D+ T0 f$ B
* Good command of written and oral English+ g& H+ N& F, k6 Y# c1 B9 z, u
* Good communication skill. b! @& g! X' ^0 F
