Main responsibility
6 c% f" G' r; u* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education
0 n1 L6 U- Z# A* J. ]* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance
8 i7 b+ Q$ @5 o+ w# B* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
$ T! d6 v* Z. w- H; D* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards
$ [5 N9 m/ ~0 K3 C& r: O! D0 q. a* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process0 S! c) a* J! j# ?8 S# R0 `
* Secure the test lead times
2 x3 E' u8 A& _# A5 W; O* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
- |' N# M3 V& }, P* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
% k L, Y! l! M. [% x' R9 v* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.

* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
9 L# ^% s( D0 x! ]* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.
' t8 _ v7 i' c3 Y* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations7 r9 h% x t+ Y# ]2 S: q( q4 y% @9 s" ^
* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions
. ]! p7 f$ O+ t& U5 `5 |8 L; V* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment0 Z% g+ N$ ^6 U2 k
* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
+ C' D+ V5 H& T7 y( n* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs N9 ^3 n3 c: p& a) F0 `

* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering. h% G$ p Y+ t7 H. q$ s
* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry
' n4 X9 m7 `* V$ s% U c o* Good command of written and oral English; l) T$ g8 t" o1 w# `
* Good communication skill
