我们的产品准备做UL认证，采用标准为UL61010-1，该标准和IEC61010-1是协调标准。产品里边准备放置一个变压器，用于将220VAC电源转换为110Vac电压给内部供电。想知道这个变压器是否必须有认证？如果需要的话，应该符合哪个标准呢？放在设备里，是不是还要随整机做一些测试？还是说不需要认证，只要随机做一些测试就可以了呢？

大家讨论一下~~我想，应该可以借鉴IEC60335、IEC60959等整机产品认证的经验吧。

变压器可以不用有认证可以随机测试.

UL认证中的变压器要求有单独的认证的。

整機中變壓器沒有做認證吧，或者從買變壓器供應商提供此方面證明就可以被認證工程師承認吧。

有认证当然更好，没有的话，可以随机测试，但内部材料应有UL认证。

从以上标准原文看，我感觉好像是需要有认证，除此以外，还要做4.4.2.6中规定的故障试验，即短路和过载。如果没有认证的话，除了要做4.4.2.6中的故障试验外，还要做变压器相关标准中规定的测试和评估，如材料认证审核、绝缘等。

楼上的，你说的“随机认证”，是否包含按照变压器的标准测相应内容？

变压器一般随机测试就可以了，一般高于A级绝缘的，绝缘系统需要认证。如果有温保，则需单独提供认证证书。
