You know, the type designation(Part. No.) of the PCB is the necessary element, so you can use this part No. and the PCB's CCN(ZPMV2) and log into the www.UL.com, then use the online directory, then you 99% can find out the PCB maunufacturer's information...

So if as you said, the PCB does not comply with UL requirements, cause, the model No. of the PCB must be indicated on the PCB, as well, the trade mark and/or E No. must be indicated.

! {: o9 s# M+ d. w1 [: ?& y. wNot sure what's your question finally is. Did you want to confirm whether the PCB which your factory use complies with UL's requirements? and as to the marking requirements, I believe it's already clear:
( I) |% }# N# |1. Type designation(model No.);
2. UL file No. or trade mark, or the recoginzed company name.

If all above is not indicated on the PCB, then that's the PCB supplier's issue, you need to communicate with the PCB supplier, in order to correct it and comply with UL requirements...

You can reference the example which I cited previously for information.

" K9 ?* o' |! C! u7 ~( UAnd if the PCB is the product which your factory produces and will apply for the UL approval, then you need to focus on:
1. The base board material should be UL R/C;
2. The ink material should be UL R/C;
3. Minimum conductor size;
* [0 s# f* Z: V/ E4. Minimum conductor distance;
9 m/ e% `1 V, B  K' p5 v5 `5. Minimum edge dimension;
......
Also if your factory is the first time to apply for UL, then it's better for your factory to ask UL to have a pre-evaluation for your products, then that'll be useful for the UL application...

UL文件号可以标，但公司名次或商标需要标
