Here, I wanna show the story from myself, I ever was fired by one big international company, I know I need to be responsible for this, and I did have some areas to be improved, but that's not what I should deserve, after I was fired, I tried my best to improve those areas which could be improved, and luckily, I found another opportunity, and my capability was recognized by my leader, as well, the salary was doubled soon.

By the way, after I was fired, somebody which recognized me from my team also also left that company, I can not say my preleader had some questions, but she must be responsible for her behaviour, and two years later, she left that company also, and lots of poeple are very happy./ I1 u4 ~# s J8 e& m2 M

So, recognization to each other is very important in the career. |
