It is very common to use modular connectors (e.g. RJ-11, RJ-12, RJ-45), accessible to the5 U K% C/ L" E9 k0 c0 P& v
users, for a variety of transmission functions, both telecommunication and data.+ u5 v+ @; w& G/ e
Unfortunately, RJ-11 modular connectors easily mate with other configurations of modular7 ~( X3 J6 @% W( x8 O- M3 a# N) X
connectors: RJ-12, RJ-45. This sub-clause permits marking only for connectors accessible
% ^& F8 i* ?* `; w \to Service Personnel and, on the other hand, relying on configuration as a means of

How shall these connectors be tested?.

accessible for the user, tests have to be made to verify that the SELV limits remain.
