如图是日本的绳索厚度要求，只针对供小孩拉的玩具上的绳索的，比较专业,EN71的是否学习一下？

4.2.2.4 用於18 個以下兒童用的玩具中的繩和彈性繩(參考7.11.12)
: x/ M7 O$ @( Y' q" \( ~; j含有附件的繩子在承受25±2N 的拉力後長度不可過300mm.
可形成圈的繩在承受25±2N 的拉力後其周長不可超過350mm.
6 b/ E8 @  g6 ?6 h, Y5 l0 @定於搖籃、吊床的繩子,在用25 ±2N 的拉力拉伸時,不超過 750 mm 長度, 此條
件下之長度應不超過其自*由長度的40 %.
繩子的厚度或直徑應該大於或等於1.5mm.
4.2.2.5 兒童拖拉玩具.
兒童拖拉玩具上的繩不可有滑動的結或形成滑動結的扣.並且用於3 歲以下兒童

c) The perimeter of any nooses on cords shall not exceed 380 mm when stretched by a force of (25 ± 2) N.
