大家好，又要求助大家了，还望大家能不吝赐教才好，谢谢了！
) ^6 o# U+ I0 `我公司生产线束，出到美国的客户会贴UL标签（W-H类型，标准型）。在上个月UL检查员来工厂审核，对于我公司贴UL标签的产品提出一个建议项（限期整改，要不下次发现就开VN了，540美金啊）
贵公司CABLE成品出貨時有按要求貼UL標籤（W-H标准型），但是在外箱上（或產品最小包裝上）沒有按要求標示认可的公司名稱或UL檔案號。
( u( D* y8 s2 q- p检查员出示的文件是FOLLOW-UP的相关文件，原文如下：
MARKING:
    Recognized Company's name, factory identification (if applicable), and wiring harness diagram or diagram number or catalog designation on carton or container.

检查员也阐述了理由：当UL检查员去客户那里审厂（比如我公司的终端客户），需要分辨同类型的产品是由哪家制造工厂制造的。听起来也很有道理。
但是在我公司内部开会是这样的结果：业务部不允许此类产品出现任何我公司的相关信息，包括UL 档案号，因为我公司的客户是贸易商，货物他们只转转手，所以和客户多重列名也是不可能的。
目前我公司的临时对策是：UL来审厂时，加紧帖UL档案号的小贴纸，UL走后就把小贴纸拉开！

在UL标签上都有标签流水号，而此标签流水号应是唯一性的，可根据UL标签流水号可查到是哪家厂家购买的，就此可查出是由哪家制造工厂制造的。现在UL标签管理很细是可以做到这点的。

好好跟你的客户沟通一下吧，UL的要求是最基本的，你们申请了UL就必须遵循。不行的话，你们给客户降点钱，让客户自己再找人处理包装箱，这样就跟你们无关了，要违规也是他们自己的事。

wire harness现在都要标签，UL产检单独成立了部门，要求增加很多，不然UL怎么收钱发财，他们员工每年涨工资20%怎么来？

Another thing, I must remind you that, besides you have good relationship with the UL field representatives, don't do it again, I can tell you what the UL auditors most hate is they are cheated by the factory, if they found they are cheated, something will happen, then VN will be issued, one time, or more times, then field report or IMP will be initiated by UL, and your factory will be fined lots of money by UL, at that time, your leaders will not say" you are talented!" , they will blame you that, why you don't tell me the story or some other words. But of couse , if you are the leaders or manager, or you have good relationship with your leaders or manager, it will be a little better....

Firstly, I must tell you that you are totally wrong, working attitude can reflect some other things. Perhaps, sometimes, you factory changed the material which required by UL and the UL auditor can not find, but that does not mean you are clever,or the UL and the UL auditor are fool, from a long run, I pursude you to do as the UL's requirements, or some day, your factory will regret....
Secondly, what you said, most of the UL factories are doing the similar things as you did, you are also wrong, especially for big, well-fame factories, they never liberately violate UL's requirements, or they will not do the UL certification, just some small-scale companies like to do that kind of things, and then if it was found by the UL auditor or UL, they will be very urgent.....

So what I suggest from a safety engineer is:
1. If do the safety certification, then do it seriously and follow its rules. of course, you can challenge its authority, but it must be based on good reasons and reality;
! ^& o/ v8 @8 @4 X5 {2. Don't do the fake things as your will, it can let your leaders think that the certification work is just so-so, only money and cheating can deal with it, maybe in a short run, you are thought as a talented guy, but from a long run, you will be looked down on...

之前我也是这样弄过，但是风险很大，最好按照正常的来，就是因为之前的公司这样让我弄，我就离开了。
