R&TTE指令称为无线及通讯终端指令，无线产品很容易理解，那么通讯终端是否包含普通电话机、传真机、答录机、交换机、路由器等设备，这些也是通讯终端设备啊。
最好要能有官方的资料规定或者理由，这个问题，我想了很久了，不能确定。
