澳洲的电压究竟是230还是240？

澳效能效标准（2001版）里有一句话：
NOTE: The nominal voltage for Australia is 240V, which will change to 230V in 2003.
意思是2001年写标准的时候电压是240V，而且会在2003年改为230V。但在网上查了一大圈，也没人说澳大利亚是230V的电压，究竟改了没有啊？

各个州电压不一样，230V/240V都需考虑。

通用标准AS/NZS 3100明确规定，测试时用240V，如下：

In Australia, for equipment other than class III equipment, that is intended for
connection to the supply mains and that is not marked with an operating voltage of at
least 240 V for single phase equipment and at least 415 V for three-phase equipment,
for testing purposes the rating in amperes or loading in watts or volt-amperes is equal
to:
a) the rated value, for accessories where the rating has been determined for
operation at 240 V for single-phase equipment and 415 V for three-phase equipment,as appropriate.
b) the calculated value corresponding to 240 V for single-phase equipment and 415 V
for three-phase equipment, as appropriate, in all other cases.
