60335-2-80 Amend. 2 © IEC:2008
1 Scope
Replace the two dashed items in the fifth paragraph by the following:
– persons (including children) whose
• physical, sensory or mental capabilities; or
• lack of experience and knowledge prevents them from using the appliance safely without supervision or instruction;
– children playing with the appliance.
21 Mechanical strength
21.101 Add the following sentence:
The test probe is applied with a force not exceeding 5 N.
Bibliography
Replace the text by the following:
The bibliography of Part 1 is applicable except as follows.
Addition:
