像这种2类设备带功能接地的，一般认证机构划分到Class I 还是Class II呢？

If FUNCTIONAL EARTHING of accessible or inaccessible conductive parts is necessary, all of the

(DB:2002-10)), if appropriate, are permitted.
– for internal FUNCTIONAL EARTHING conductors, the colour combination green-and-yellow

学习了，功能地-----顾名思义----它主要是要这么一个功能，而不是接地防电击的作用，应属CLASS II 。

我认为是I类产品：II类绝缘I类结构，不能用标回字符号!
