为什么说到Australia的插座都说要达到960K的GLOW-WIRE test??

很多年前就听过这样的言论，具体是怎样的呢？谁能说明一二，为谢！
是不是其属于国家内部规定啊？？？？再谢！

标准3.14.11条款有写：请见如下：
Determination of ignitability and combustion propagation†

Socket-outlets shall comply with the requirements for resistance to fire in accordance with
AS/NZS 3100 Annex A as follows:
(a) The glow-wire test temperature ‘T’ for ‘retaining parts’ of fixed socket-outlets shall
be—
(i) 850°C; or
(ii) 750°C, but there shall be no flaming for greater than 5s.
(b) The glow-wire test temperature ‘T’ for ‘retaining parts’ of other socket-outlets shall
be 650°C.
(c) The glow-wire test temperature for ‘relevant parts’ of fixed socket-outlets shall be
750°C.
(d) The glow-wire test temperature for ‘relevant parts’ of other socket-outlets shall be 650°C.
