开关无证书，需要做随机吗？

请教一下各位前辈，附件中的这种开关没有证书，需不需要做随机测试？为什么做出来的CCC报告附录H没有判，温升测试也没有开关环境温度？

When the design of the product is such that a determined component, in case of failure, can compromise the safety aspect, this component is defined as “safety critical”.

c) Components, which have requirements in the National Standards included in the evaluation% r9 u# F- Z. A% A
d) Materials, which are critical to maintain compliance with the standard (such as corrosion requirements, flammability)
e) Professional judgment of the CBTL/NCB
