主要是通过电子在真空、气体或半导体中运动来完成传导的部件。

电容应该不算。

Capacitor is passive electronic component. In some test standards, the components are divided into two types:
- passive component (such as resistor, capacitor, inductor and etc)
- active component (TRIAC, Transistor, DIAC, IC)

If a product only consists of the passive components, this product is not considered getting the electronic circuitry.

On the other hand, if a product contains the active components, it will be classified getting the electronic circuitry inside.

Different test standard will put its classification in different clause. Just saying for example, the EN55014-2 defines the electronic circuitry in Clause 4.

电子元件 electronic component

根据标准的话电容应该不算吧。
