如题请教：一般的steam cleaner (非压力型)是否也需要 pressure-limiting protective device ？

The steam outlet of instantaneous steam cleaners is sealed and the pressure in the water

还有一个疑问22.7 Replacement:
Pressurised appliances shall incorporate adequate safeguards against the risk of excessive
pressure.这节好像是对Pressurised appliances的测试要求，怎么把 instantaneous steam cleaners 也搞进去了？
