这里有一个放电灯镇流器,金属外壳是接地的.测量PCB边缘的焊点点到金属外壳的电压有400V左右.

根据UL 1029的：
) W0 J: @6 f' x, S7 z15.1 Spacings through air (clearance) and over surface of insulating material (creepage distance) between:
a) Uninsulated live parts of opposite polarity, and
1 q0 F& E2 k  ^5 A9 q4 S: Q9 rb) An uninsulated live part and a dead metal part that may be grounded, a metal part exposed to contact by persons, or a metal surface on which the ballast is mounted as intended, shall be not less than indicated in Table 15.1.
