这种电源用什么标准做？

请问是EMC方面还是安规方面.
安规方面我不了解.
EMC方面,看产品应该是属于工科医设备,按CISPR11的法规进行测试.

EN61010, 测量,控制和试验室用电气设备的安全要求.一般要求 (Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use - General requirements)

13.8V大多为蓄电池充电的,不知这个用到哪里.

看上面有USB，可以做60950-1，还有你怎么定义产品，这产品可以做很多标准的！

说明书里有这么一段描述：
Your eFUEL switching DC Power Supply is designed to use household AC power source to power equipments that required 13.8V DC power.
The eFUEL converts standard household power 110-120VAC or 200-240V AC (via voltage selector) to 13.8VDC power and can supply up to 30 ampere of continuous power. Plus two USB power ports, 5 volts up to 1 ampere of continuous power.

好象是给充电器提供电源，再由充电器给电池充电。
应该不算仪器。
但不知用什么标准做。

說明書里提到使用的地方有家里, 或者車上,, 還有可以給ITE產品充電,,,,, 這就涉及到三種標準了.. 不過上面寫的重點是給ITE產品充電, 你可以先申請60950-1 那到一個證書, 再想用到車上, 如果是出口歐洲那就要作E-mark了, 還想定義于家用又可做60335了.
PS: 產品上你是說后面有个110－120V与220－240V之间的转换装置（即拔动开关）那input 100-240 標示是有問題的!

不是车上。只是模拟车载器具的电压。
