当24Vdc 电瓶电源输入时,是classII 设备。

产品设计当初主要为了满足Class I设备的要求,塑胶外壳结构设计爬电距离过小。现在要改结构整个设计都要改,我的问题是这个构成附加绝缘的工作电压是否可以不按照3.5kV 来判定。

The insulation construction from FA/F to accessible plastic enclosure is comprised of basic insulation(- from FA/F to metal enclosure of magnetron and metal chamber of microwave) and reinforce insulation(-from metal enclosure of magnetron and metal chamber of microwave to accessible plastic enclosure),so the insulation class is enough reinforce insulation from FA/F to accessible plastic enclosure.; ]# z! b$ G7 T5 x4 B0 i- _1 E" [
; b" V- w0 C2 j% W7 b4.In fault test, if from FA/F pole to E-point (denote: Both metal enclosure of magnetron and metal chamber of microwave) is shorted circuit for basic insulation broken. After 1s, the D28 and D29 is shut down immediately, the high voltage transformer cann't operate and output, and then E-point voltage change into 0Vdc,no hazard arise and nonrecoverable fault./ m4 ]3 e/ G3 t' B2 J, p
8 B* g2 J7 i1 S$ y6 ?5. What are the characteristics of D28, D29. It is true that D28 and D29 are connected between F= 3,5kV and E point = 3,8 V.; S$ {: V/ Z, C5 }- }
3 d8 I# h. c$ eWhat leakage current would flow to negative or positive pole of 12 V d.c. supply if measured according to cl. 8.1.4 of IEC 60335-1 ?
