8 I- K. Z1 A: d+ g( t( x; {Lamp caps shall be securely fixed in position and the lamp cap fixing shall not be affected
by heat.
Compliance shall be checked by the following test:

Where the lamp cap fixing uses cement or chemical bonding, the lamp cap fixing shall be
subject to a treatment of 2000 ±50 h at a temperature of 85 ±5°C with the lamp not
energized.
5 Q. g1 B0 h5 M- J% D& `2 m& T8 {After the treatment, the test specified in Paragraph A11.2 shall be applied. However, the
screws and their fixings shall comply with the requirements of the torque test on screws of

If two screws or a similar mechanical connection is used for fixing the cap to the tube, the
test in this Clause (A11.3) is not applicable.

如果只用一个卡扣固定灯管跟灯头部分， 是否需要做2000H？

该条款的要求是针对于Lamp cap与Tube之间的固定方式（如胶等化学物质的固定）的湿热稳定性测试的要求。

我最近也碰到过这种结构，现在SAA没有提出问题，不知道过几天会不会提出问题。
还有SAA提出一定要标Tc,以前都没要求过。
刚查过标准，确实是有要求，有可能是以前的审核工程师没有太在意这点。还是？
