在 power supply cord 标准UL817 和 成品标准针对 SR 的要求, 会有所区别的.

When tested in accordance with 37.2 and 37.3, the strain relief means provided on the flexible cordshall be capable of withstanding a direct pull of 35 pounds-force (156 N) applied to the cord for a period of 2 minutes without any displacement of the cord or deformation of its anchoring surface that would result in a potential risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
