     大家好！公司供给客户的欧标插头没有印接地极、中性接和带电极符号，原因是表面涉及欧盟多国认证标志印字省略导致，另外也了解很多其他厂家也存在没有印的。现在客户提出异议，请教高手指点：
     第一，根据VDE标准，是否必须在插头表面印接地极、中性接和带电极符号？
     第二，若有必须印，或者可印可不印，有没有相关的标准描述支持，若有，请分享说明下。谢谢！

欧标插头参考的标准是IEC60884,此标准对于Marking的要求（如下）没有说明要印接地线、中性线和带电极符号，所以是可以不用印的。

8 Marking

/ t9 g" D; k; a0 `  ~, B– rated voltage in volts;
– symbol for nature of supply;

– first characteristic numeral for the degree of protection against access to hazardous parts

– second characteristic numeral for the degree of protection against harmful effects due to

If the system allows plugs of a certain IP rating to be introduced into socket-outlets having

CCC插头参考的标准是GB 2099.1-2008 家用和类似用途插头插座
1 N) `# ?1 W0 T  r此标准对插头的印字是有明确要求印中性极、接地极、带电极的符号，与欧标插头是不一样的。
