FCC没怎么接触过，请教大家：普通USB存储器申请FCC适合VOC还是DOC？（不可能属于Certification的吧？）

意思说Accredited test labs 才能执行DOC测试。大家可以搜一下在大陆没有。
大陆不能做DOC但是可以做ID是因为ID是TCB去审核，是TCB介入的认证，而DOC只是简单的测试报告+自我宣告。如果大陆不开放CCC美国也不会开放FCC DOC自我宣告。
MRA有三个阶段，第一阶段是list实验室的认可，可以做Verification及Certification。第二阶段是DOC自我宣告的认可，就是大陆客户可以在本地实验室做DOC测试并自我宣告，那样的话在美国也可以做CCC测试。第三阶段是认证机构的互认，即美国有类似CQC的机构，中国有TCB。大陆的MRA是第一阶段，台湾，香港是第二阶段。新加坡，欧盟，加拿大是第三阶段。

不是不认可国内的测试数据，而是不可以做DOC。ID都可以测试，怎么会不认可数据呢？这是FCC的MRA问题，不是数据认不认可的问题。

如果在海外有MRA的国家做，做DOC就可以了。
5 u# K. b* O# B8 R* T5 L$ d在大陆做就要做Certification帖FCC ID。
现在多数电脑周边的产品都是做Certification的15B。
因为PC周边是DOC or Certificaton,所以在大陆做不了DOC的情况下，就只能做certification了。

目前主流的手机，如果带USB口和电脑传数据的话，一般USB的部分都做15B的certification。
