Clause 13.2.2. requires batteries intended to be changed by the user to be connected in8 X0 D' w: ^5 V( k$ ^
reverse polarity, if possible, as a type test and this has eliminated hazards.$ L/ B' S6 T2 C2 i1 u" _
Note: Care should be taken with certain cells, (eg lithium), when performing this test to' i% s2 |, i* O8 c
ensure there is no risk of explosion.
