Is it acceptable that different parts of a luminaire can be loosen by hand and by the twisting of the cable?
! q) B- T7 ?: B& |0 L3 PIn this case the cord anchorages are placed on the base and the middle pipe, and are threaded in both ends
but without means of preventing the loosening of the screw connection. It can be loosen by hand. During
$ w* h9 b/ @5 ~( r7 _3 K+ Zsuch an action, the cable will be twisted or the luminaire might fall in pieces. There is no cord anchorage
at the lampholder on the arm.

Not accepted as the middle pipe is not provided with adequate means preventing the screw connections
work loose. The cable can become twisted or the luminaire can fall into pieces during normal use, c.f. §
4.12.4.
