请教下，用于T8双端荧光灯管的G13灯座，在评估接触力的时候，

第一，如果灯座不是插拔式，而是按压式，是否需要评估接触力？

第三，如果灯座是一双一起按压才能工作，那是否需要测试单只灯座的接触力？
因为单只灯座是无法工作的，而且也无法固定灯管。
