13 Leakage current and electric strength at operating temperature

For stationary class I appliances, the leakage current shall not exceed 2 mA per kilowatt& \* A5 Q n) X/ D8 O( x1 n
rated power input with a maximum value of 10 mA for appliances accessible to the
0 r" I4 ^# D) c3 O' ygeneral public, and a maximum value of 30 mA for appliances not accessible to the/ h u" j( ~, E
general public.
