' f; H6 E1 |- p9 u" r9 jWASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Name of Products: 2009 d抣ite ST and Solo ST Child Trailers

: S& X* [7 {. P5 x% C7 M4 n L3 mHazard: The axle assembly抯 internal sleeve can loosen, causing one wheel to separate from the trailer. This poses a risk of injury to the child occupant or bike rider.

5 g' m& h* q; s+ D4 ^Description: The recalled products are two-wheeled child trailers designed to carry one or two children behind a bicycle. Only the 2009 d抣ite ST and 2009 Solo ST trailers with serial numbers that begin with D939 or D948 are included in the recall. The serial number is located in the rear cargo area behind the seat on the lower left rear frame tube. The trailers have 揹抣ite ST?or 搒olo ST?screen printed on the cover.; [, U& y' @2 j2 ^5 {9 ~6 y/ d
Sold by: Independent bicycle retailers and specialty outdoor retailers nationwide and on various web sites from November 2008 through June 2009 for between $550 and $600.+ p, W0 j* _/ e/ b0 K
