关于IEC60335-1 标准里面的第22.11和22.12章，都是对于手柄旋钮等的拉力要求进行测试，
这两章存在的区别在哪里？

　　楼主问到的热绝缘这里应当是指绝热材料，也就是通常器具中，特别是电热器具中的保温或隔热材料。这些材料有些从表面看似乎不导电，但是在受潮或受到腐蚀的情况下，绝缘性能就无法保证，因此不能做绝缘材料，如果可燃，更不可和带电部件接触。
　　这些要求可以对照下面22.21和３０章的相关要求一起来理解。

22.12是对于手柄旋钮等的拉力要求进行测试，22.11不是对手柄旋钮等的拉力要求，而是对“防止接触带电部件，防水或防止接触运动部件的不可拆卸零件”是否“以可靠的方式固定”的要求和测试。这类部件常采用“钩扣搭锁”等方式固定。

- _' ?9 T4 r5 ^% p0 J' ^; N& n" i两者的试验方法也是不同的。

22.20 应有效地防止带电部件与热绝缘的直接接触，除非这种材料是不腐蚀、不吸潮并且不燃烧的。
, q, I) X' U& y' S5 L- ~$ y0 ~注：玻璃棉是一种符合本要求的热绝缘示例。未浸渍的矿渣棉是腐蚀性热绝缘的示例。
通过视检，必要时通过相应的试验 ，来检查其合格性。
