RAPEX公告的问题产品中，相当大一部分是由中国制造的（注意“中国制造”与“中国设计、制造”的区别），由于结果往往是要求禁止销售、召回，对相关企业的冲击是非常大的，企业由此遭受的直接经济损失和间接的商誉损失都不小。

公告产品是一种DISCO舞厅用的特效灯，公告的缺陷有三点：

1. 更换灯泡时可以触及灯座的带电部件。

2. 灯座的带电部件可以触及（没有注明在何种情形下）。

2 @: `: T( ~' U' J! q* j2. 提双重绝缘，主要是考虑图片中走线似乎是在灯具安装的底部，这是需要考究的，但是图片上无法提供任何有效信息。分析时，可能没有适当分段而造成误读。

0 O* p7 l* E! U* Q补充一点缺陷：该小夜灯的形状和外观很容易被孩子将其视为玩具，孩子在玩耍时有触电和被烫伤的危险，那么该小夜灯不符合欧盟低电压指令和欧洲标准EN60598。另外从外观来看似乎材料易损坏，如果破坏后碎片锋利，有令人受伤的危险。
另一方面，如果当小夜灯插在电源上更换灯泡时，人体易接触到带电体，不知道该灯是否有更换灯泡的标记，以前也有很多这种原因造成产品海外召回。
