各位坛友，关于CB或者TUV证书上出现的申请者（Applicant）、制造商（Manufacturer）和工厂（Factory）的解释或定义，有没有什么文件上说明过的，最好有英文的，请上贴，thanks！

5. Applicant
A firm or a person who applies
· to an Issuing and Recognizing NCB (NCB “A”) for obtaining a CB Test Certificate (CBTC) or
/ B8 {9 o- x2 |1 V$ o+ s3 Fa Conformity Assessment Certificate (CAC) or a Factory Surveillance Documentation, or all
of the above;
· to a Recognizing NCB or Issuing and Recognizing NCB (NCB “B”) for national certification/
" i# [5 `* w' `  e, U# zapproval on the basis of a CBTC or CAC or Factory Surveillance Documentation, or all of
the above.
Note: The applicant is the holder of the CBTC and associated CBTR, or a CAC and associated CAR, or Factory Surveillance Documentation

20. Factory
The location at which the product is produced or assembled and:
· factory surveillance is established by NCB “A” or NCB “B” in the CB Scheme or CB-FCS, or
· routine tests are performed by the factory, and initial assessment and factory surveillance

8. Manufacturer
  y/ K5 r+ _( M* r# J, iAn organisation, situated at a stated location or stated locations, that carries out or controls such

9 H! G* w! s' r, w1 E. kA Manufacturer has full responsibility for continued compliance of the product with the relevant
