1) The manufacturer supplies a self-declaration document (SD) stating that

product, to address Clause 2.6 of IEC 62133. This SD shall be signed by a person+ m( T9 T- B6 w! X5 O" n2 G
legally entitled to represent the manufacturer;

2) The manufacturer provides an ISO 9001 Certificate which covers both design and4 w5 K3 a: |$ u
processes of the product, that is still valid at the time of testing the product and covers
